New in FY24 is the implementaion of a 3-tiered approach to reviewing and evaluating Ed Plans.  The 3-Tiered Approval Rubric is used as a guide when determining the quality of submitted narrative text responses, as well as when assigning Ed Plan status updates.  Statuses of Exemplary and Satisfactory are considered as meeting approval requirements, while sections marked Not Approved must be amended and resubmitted.
