Worksheets: End of year Guided Reflection a-c (Traditional & Spotlight Grades 3-8)

The NM School DASH Annual and 90-day Plan is a roadmap that provides focus and urgent actions to increase achievement and improve outcomes for all students. This guided reflection should be completed by the School Core Team at the end of the school year to foster discussion around insights learned based on potential attainment of Summative Goals.  The School Core Team will utilize these insights when developing a draft of the Annual Plan (Components 1-4) for the upcoming school year.
